CODE-IT collects and processes the information you submit in this registration form so your student account can be reviewed, approved, secured, and used for attendance services. This includes your name, student ID, year level, section, email address, password credentials, uploaded ID photo, QR token records, login activity needed for security, and attendance records connected to system events.

RA 10173 - Data Privacy Act of 2012

Republic Act No. 10173 protects personal information in information and communications systems and requires personal data processing to follow the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality. By accepting this agreement, you give informed electronic consent for CODE-IT to process your submitted data only for registration, identity verification, account administration, attendance recording, system security, audit logs, and official school-related reporting.

You understand that CODE-IT must keep your information accurate, relevant, protected against unauthorized access, and retained only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, legitimate school records, or system security review.

RA 10175 - Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Republic Act No. 10175 recognizes the need to protect computer systems, networks, databases, and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of stored information from misuse, abuse, and illegal access. You agree not to submit false information, use another person's credentials, tamper with QR tokens, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse CODE-IT in a way that may violate system rules or applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

• Submit accurate registration details and your own valid ID photo.
• Keep your password, student ID, and QR credentials confidential.
• Use the system only for legitimate student attendance and account purposes.
• Report suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or incorrect records to an authorized officer.

Your Consent

If you accept, CODE-IT may process your registration and attendance data for the purposes listed above. If you reject, your registration will not be submitted. You may contact authorized school or CODE-IT officers to ask about access, correction, or appropriate handling of your personal information.
